In May 2016, TRAX launched its submittals application to deliver simple, convenient submittal capabilities for sales employees. TRAX creates clean submittal documents by automatically generating cover pages, and allowing for additional file uploading. Existing files can be compiled and exported into comprehensive reports and PDF documents.
Since the launch of the feature, more than 4,000 submittals have been entered on TRAX by HTS employees. The development team has continued to make updates and improve the feature allowing the sending of documents via links, which removes one of the major barriers to sharing documents within the system.
